As a Managing Partner my responsibilities include recruiting, selecting and developing high-quality Financial Professionals and Insurance Agents while also maintaining an active practice. Financial Professionals and Insurance Agents will gain a thorough understanding of MassMutual's products and services, and develop skills in our relationship-based sales and discovery process. I support our Financial Professionals and Insurance agents successes by working with them during sales calls and extending valuable feedback and training at their weekly coaching sessions. In addition, I assist Financial Professionals and Insurance Agents in developing a marketing strategy and structure that will help them reach their full potential.
Chris attended University of South Florida on a full academic and athletic scholarship for baseball. He was a 4 year starter earning multiple conference and national awards. Graduating with a B.S. in Finance, Chris began as an intern with Legacy Wealth Partners and it wasn’t long before he realized this industry would be his passion and career. The transition from intern to financial advisor to Rookie of the Year was seamless. After many successful years, he was ready to take his leadership skills from the baseball field to the office. Chris stepped into a management role where he was able to develop others and follow in his path. Then, a leadership role on a bigger stage called Chris to Prudential for 10 years, bringing him to South Florida. Now, he is proud to return as a Managing Partner to his starting place to which he calls home, Legacy Wealth Partners, to build his new team. Chris resides in the Boca Raton area with his wife and 4 children.
